Wesley Village is a perfect place for your pets. Our Charlotte luxury apartments even provide a dog park close to the Charlotte Greenway, so you and your furry friends will have plenty of room to roam. We require a monthly fee of $25 per pet, with a maximum of three pets. The initial pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $500 for two or more pets. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are not allowed, including the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all mixes of the above breeds.
